Sample acclaimed wines of the Barossa Valley. Experience spectacular aerial views from a privately chartered aircraft of the world's largest salt lake - Lake Eyre - and the rugged breathtaking landscapes of Wilpena Pound. Day One – Adelaide - Arrive into Adelaide airport where a vehicle will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation for the evening. Accommodation at Hyatt Regency Hotel or similar. Day Two - Adelaide to Coober Pedy - This morning board a private light aircraft for a spectacular flight inland across the vast salt plains of South Australia to land at Coober Pedy. Day Six - Wilpena Pound - This morning drive into remarkable Wilpena Pound in the heart of Flinders Ranges visiting Blinman, Stokes Hill Lookout and other rugged gorges. Day Seven - Vineyards of the Barossa Valley - The journey today takes you from the rugged ranges of the Flinders to the fine wines of the Barossa Valley, passing through some small townships enroute, each with its own unique history and country charm. Day Eight - Barossa Valley to Murray Bridge - Today is spent enjoying some of the private boutique wineries of the Barossa and listening to the passionate wine makers talk about the flavours and aromas that make their wines award winners. Day Nine - Cruising the River Murray - Cruise between magnificent sandstone and limestone cliffs, some rising 90 metres from the water, around Caurnamont and Fromm's Landing. Accommodation on board the PS Murray Princess. Day 10 - Cruising the River Murray - Go ashore this morning to capture the dawn light, a special time on the river. Day 11 - Homeward Bound - Disembark the PS Murray Princess this morning and transfer to the airport for connecting flights to your homeport.
