Restdown Wines and Walking Trail
Restdown Wines is set on 1100 acres of natural bush and farmland encompassing an environmentally sustainable vineyard, carbon neutral winery and wetland walking trail, providing the perfect excuse for a leisurely day trip.
Your hosts will be pleased to welcome you to the underground winery and cellar door to sample outstanding wines including the ever popular Restdown Merlot, the Provencal-style Rosé and the Italian-style Sangiovese, as well as a full range of red and white table wine.
Why not take some time out to visit the 1.4 kilometre walking trail - an easy one hour walk over flat ground and takes you beside an old river system that existed around 40,000 years ago.
Sample a local produce platter, try your hand at bocce and browse local artwork.
