Two types of accommodation are available - The Lodge with four queen beds and breakfast rooms and the completely self contained Family and Pet Friendly Cottage.
Grungle Downs is situated in Knuckey Lagoon and is within walking distance to Crocodylus Park, Holmes Jungle and for bird watchers, it is ideally located to the extensive birdlife of Knuckey Lagoon and Leanyer wetlands. Fifty six different birds have been identified on the property.

Equestrian SuiteThe Equestrian Suite has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. French doors open onto a private patio with outdoor furnishing and overlook the gardens and horse paddock. Guests also have access to the large and comfortable guest lounge, extensive library, bar and kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea making facilities plus an outside barbecue. A fresh tropical breakfast is included in the tariff. Grungle Downs Self Contained CottageThe spacious country cottage features rough hewn timber ceilings, open plan dining, lounge and kitchen as well as front and back verandas with outdoor furnishings, barbecue facilities, its own laundry and fenced garden area, making it ideal for pets. This unique cottage is completely self-contained and can accommodate up to five people comfortably with two queen size beds and a single bed. A porta-cot and fold-away bed is available on request. Room OneThis room has a queen size bed with delightful French doors opening out onto a verandah and shared bathroom facilities. Guests have access to the large and comfortable guest lounge, extensive library, bar, kitchenette and outside barbecue. A fresh tropical breakfast is included in the tariff.
