Collect Aboriginal Art offer small, tailormade flying tours to remote Aboriginal communities in Arnhem Land, Central Australian and beyond, to view and purchase authentic Aboriginal art. Focusing on their belief, ‘the first rule when collecting Aboriginal art is to spend time where it’s created’, these fully escorted tours will provide you with a rich cultural experience.
Visiting art centres such as Tiwi Islands, Gunbalanya / Oenpelli, Elcho Island and Coburg Peninsula, that nurture and develop local talent, you’ll discover a wide variety of art styles and mediums. You’ll also gain an insight into the origins of these magnificent artworks and learn what inspires them.

Arnhem Land Art TourOn this absorbing three and a half day tour, you'll visit art centres in Gunbalanya / Oenpelli, Maningrida, Yirrkala and Elcho Island to both view and purchase striking artworks created by the local artists. See brilliantly decorated memorial poles, striking bark paintings, didjeridus, small carvings, jewellery, intricate and colourful prints and paintings. An additional highlight of this outstanding tour includes a visit to Injalak Hill to observe sandstone caves inscribed with ancient Aboriginal rock art. Some of these areas are difficult to get to, but you'll travel in comfort aboard a twin engine aircraft and stay at a tropical retreat on the Cobourg Peninsula - Peppers Seven Spirit Bay Wilderness Lodge, Arnhem Land. Tours include all necessary entry permits, transfers and meals. Private ChartersCollect Aboriginal Art can also arrange private charters to other art centresand regions, including the Tiwi Islands and Central Australia or other remote regions within the Northern Territory.
