Brockhurst Cabins Farmstay and Retreat
Brockhurst Cabins are set on 22 acres, and perched high on a ridge with spectacular mountain and rural views. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a chance for the family including the dog, to get together and relax. They have three cabins available capable of sleeping 22 people per night. Well-behaved dogs welcomed.
At night the stars are bright and the Brisbane city lights twinkle in the distance. By day, swim in their spring fed dam, barbecue, relax and enjoy the farm animals and wildlife in their natural surroundings. In winter you can curl up in front of your cosy log fire and watch the mountain mist roll in.
They have plenty of farm activities for children to enjoy. Activities include feeding and patting farm animals, milking the cow, collecting the eggs, also a lead horse ride and a double on the quad bike. Unlimited use of the dam for swimming or rafting (raft supplied). You can also feed horses from your cabin. Check out their Farmstay package on their web site for more details.
There are many places to visit in the area, Mount Mee State Forest for bushwalking, restaurants, wineries, cafes and a Country Craft Market on Sundays.
