Tastefully decorated with white surfaces, stainless steel trimmings and retro-inspired black contrasts, The Lure provides a beautiful environment for the fresh, innovative food created by chef Mark Maric. His modern Australian cuisine includes both Asian and Mediterranean influences, with a central theme of fresh line-caught seafood. The day's catch is displayed at the seafood bar near the entrance for diners to hungrily peruse on the way in. Guests can watch Maric at work preparing this seafood while they enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the C-Bar. The private dining room, which seats 18 comfortably, boasts a custom-designed table that subtly rotates, allowing guests to mingle without leaving their seats.
