    This is one of the 'closer to home' Four Wheel Drive (4WD) tag-a-long tours. In the comfort of your own four wheel drive vehicle, their experienced tour leader will guide you along the great tracks and fire trails that wind through large areas of eucalypt forest and pine plantation. You will cross creeks and tackle steep four wheel drive trails to vantage points with spectacular views of the Brisbane Valley and Somerset Dam. After lunch you can enjoy a walk in the Piccabeen forest. You will test your four wheel driving skills on some of these bush tracks. This four wheel drive tag-a-long tour begins at the beautiful township of Dayboro.

    Red Centre Experience

    Travel to Charleville, head west across the Simpson Desert visiting Poeppel Corner and Dalhousie Springs, then head north along the old Ghan railway line to Chambers Pilar. Stop at Uluru (Ayres Rock), visit Palm Valley and Kings Canyon. Explore the magnificent East and West McDonnell Ranges, camping in the foothills. Travel onto Alice Springs. On the return journey call into the Artlunga, Outback Pub, and outback icon; then onto the Plenty Highway for the return to the Queensland Channel Country. Visit Windorah, surrounded by scenic countryside, picturesque ruins and spectacular red sandhills!
