Mammino's gourmet ice-creams offer a unique on-farm experience specialising in 100 per cent home/hand made gourmet ice-creams. Available in seven different macadamia flavours as well as fruit and alcoholic specialities and sorbets, these ice-creams have won the Mammino's many awards. Furthermore Mammino's have a diverse range of other macadamia goodies, some are their own and others are sourced from around Australia. They also offer first hand history of both the sugar and macadamia industries and strive to give their customers a memorable experience with every visit. Tina and Anthony are pioneers in the Childers area for tourism and offer a visual and auditable description with their macadamia orchid and constantly evolving sugar cane crop against a rich, volcanic red soil backdrop.
