Cania Gorge National Park

Towering, ochre-coloured sandstone cliffs, gorges, caves and amazing walks are just some of the Cania Gorge National Park's attractions.

Find out about the park's wildlife, vegetation and history at the main picnic area beside pretty Three Moon Creek. Watch for platypus in the creek. Bushwalkers can choose from walks of varying length and difficulty. The longest track, a 5.6 kilometre loop, takes in the Giant's Chair lookout and offers excellent views. Inspect mining relics at the historical Shamrock goldmine site, a short walk from the carpark.
