Wompoo Cottage is located in beautiful Byfield at 2408 Byfield Road. Set amongst natural bush and rainforest, the cottage is three bedrooms and fully self contained. This is a stand alone building where privacy and relaxation are at a premium. You will not see any neighbours from the cottage.
Wompoo cottage is approximately 40 kilometres from Yeppoon and around 80 kilometres from Rockhampton. It is a short drive to the National Parks where there are numerous bush walks and you can also take a four wheel drive trip to the famous Five Rocks. They have Ferns Restaurant and Nobs Creek Pottery within a couple of kilometres and the local Byfield store has all of the basic supplies plus take away food and drinks.
