Marlborough Historical Museum
The Marlborough Historical Museum includes a Chrysoprase display, women's work display, machinery display, horse drawn display and blacksmith's shed. The craft shop in museum complex is open from April to December. The Marlborough Museum sits in Brayshaw Park, surrounded by all things heritage! The Museum itself houses an amazing collection of textiles, historic photographs, video, film, artefacts and objects.
Step outside into the rest of Brayshaw Park and be inspired by vintage cars, vintage machinery, and of course Beavertown, the replica township. Marlborough Museum inspires the generations of their communities through careful preservation and passionate celebration of their heritage.
The Museum collects, preserves, researches, interprets, presents and provides historical resource material relating to the natural and human heritage of Marlborough.
