Keppel Bay Islands National Park
The Keppel Bay Islands National Park is the traditional home of the Ganomi-Woppaburra Aboriginal people. It includes 15 islands surrounded by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Secluded beaches, plunging cliffs and diverse plant communities are just some of the attractions on offer. Sea turtles breed and feed around the islands.
On North Keppel Island, discover wildlife and views on three walks. Snorkelling and diving are also popular. Go fishing, but adhere to regulations. Learn about Humpy Island's history and explore its circuit walk. Enjoy camping on one of seven islands.
