Maryborough Freemasons Centre

Freemasonry was first established in Maryborough in 1870, sponsored by the Irish Union Concert Constitution, with meetings being held in the old Baptist Chapel in Lennox Street. The first freemason temple was built in 1877 in Bazaar Street and the present building located in Kent Street was completed in 1960.
