Saint Stephens Uniting Church
Formerly a Presbyterian Church, Saint Stephens was built in 1881 and became a uniting church in 1977. It houses a pipe organ donated by local benefactor Janet Melville. The organs first notes were first heard in 1891 three years after Janet had passed. The original church, built 1865, still stands next door, and is now used for Sunday school. The fence and gates in front of the church were erected in 1927 in memory of Robert Hart. At the rear is a hall built from bricks from the Wesley Church after it was demolished.
