Cedar Creek Lodges is a hidden oasis, 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast and less than an hour from Brisbane. This mountain resort is ideal for adventures, family holidays, weekend escapes, school camps, conferences and corporate groups.
Accommodation styles range from luxury lodges, holiday homes, contemporary rooms, backpackers’ dormitories, and camping sites on the banks of Cedar Creek.
Enjoy fun-filled activities for people of all ages. Hunt for gemstone-filled thundereggs in the world’s largest open-cut mine. Take the challenge of the new Adventure Parc, with 65 elevated challenges and more than 30 jungle games spread over four courses of varying difficulty.
Go horse trail riding, bushwalking, abseiling, rock climbing, mountain bike trail riding or play laser skirmish. In-house guests can explore the walking tracks through natural bushland, swim in the resort pool or natural rock pools, play an 18 hole round of mini golf, volleyball or tennis.
Have a barbecue breakfast in the bush, dine in the family-friendly Gallery Restaurant and enjoy five star service and cuisine in the Rainforest Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings.

BunkhousesBunkhouses accommodate 122 dormitory style (eight to a room) with separate male and female amenities. There is a group leader's room with an ensuite bathroom. The adjacent Sapphire Recreation Room has a kitchen, large fireplace and outdoor barbecue. Bunkhouses are ideal for school camps and groups of all ages. The rainforest location is at a distance from all other onsite accommodation. Milk, tea, coffee and soap are not provided. Maximum occupancy six. Mill LodgeMill Lodge is a spacious four bedroom house on the banks of Cedar Creek. Features include a large wood fireplace. Bedroom one and two feature two queen sized beds in each. The third bedroom has a double bed with as single bunk above, and the fourth bedroom has two single bunk beds. The comfortable lounge room has a television, DVD and CD player. There is a small television in the main bedroom. The main areas have polished floors and the bedrooms are carpeted. There is and an 11 piece outdoor setting and barbecue. Linen and towels are available for an extra fee of AUD15 per person. Guests must supply their own milk, tea, coffee, soap and insect repellent. Maximum occupancy nine. Platypus Lodge Standard RoomsFeatures a queen bed, two single beds, a small television, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery for four and clock radio. These are original rooms with new beds. Maximum occupancy four. Platypus Lodge Superior RoomsFeatures a queen size bed and a king size bed (can form two singles), an LCD television, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery for three, clock radio, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy four. Wallaby Lodge Deluxe Spa RoomFeatures include a queen size bed and an extra large spa bath for two with luxurious padded head rests.
