Songbirds in the Forest Restaurant holds every major award in Queensland, recently winning the 2006 Restaurant of the Year Award, Best Restaurant, Best Modern Australian Cuisine and a Best Wine List Award for the second consecutive year.
Guests dine alfresco style on a covered verandah surrounded by 54 acres of rainforest on Mount Tamborine. The restaurant is warmed by heaters during the cooler months. In summer, the mountain breezes replace air conditioning.
This superb restaurant serves lunch every day and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Bookings are essential. Book well in advance and arrange to stay in one of Songbirds luxurious rainforest villas for two.
