Keswick Island Guest House and Bed and Breakfast
Keswick Island Guest House is located on beautiful Keswick Island, the most southerly of the Whitsunday Group, just 32 kilometres north east of the Queensland city of Mackay. Keswick Island is a National Park with five sandy beaches and fabulous fringing coral reef.
This is an alternative holiday location for singles, couples and groups who want to rest and relax away from the stresses of city life. The Guest House offers four large guest rooms, each with its own king size bed and private bathroom. Each room has access to the 150 square metre deck with breathtaking views over the Coral Sea and neighbouring Whitsunday Islands. There are no shops, no cars and no stress. Relax with a book or snorkel the fringing coral reef. Watch whales play from the deck from July to September. Go bushwalking, fishing, or swim in the crystal clear waters of Basil Bay.
A holiday with them is a gourmet experience with all meals included during your stay. Enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine with your meal. Chat with the locals and watch the bats fly at dusk. Keswick Island is secluded and remote, yet only a 15 minute light aircraft flight from Mackay.
