Evening Star Tourist Park
The Evening Star Tourist Park is a first class facility, which is built on a working cattle station just eight kilometres from Charleville. The Evening Star Tourist Park opened in March 2008 and enjoyed a successful first year with many visitors already booking in for 2009.
The park offers huge drive through powered and un-powered, grassed sites to suit all size rigs from RV's, buses down to camper trailers. You can unhook and head back to town for the other famous attractions in Charleville.
There is a bush kitchen with free gas and wood barbecue’s, power and hot water. There is also a brand new self contained cabin with queen sized bed and bunk beds facing out onto the bush.
The Park also has powered and un-powered sites with two brand new amenities designed for privacy and comfort as well as disabled facilities.
Enjoy bush walks where you will spot local wild life and birds. Wander through the old shearing shed and finish the day with a glass or two by the open camp fire and watch the sun go down and stars come out.
