Just a few minutes away is the World Heritage listed Main Range National Park. Located a short 90 minute drive from Brisbane or the Gold Coast. Bestbrook offers a perfect opportunity to take a break from the city and enjoy relaxed, country living.
Bestbrook has a selection of local wines available that will accompany any meal. The Colonial Coach House Restaurant with open fires, doors that open onto verandas so guests can enjoy the magnificent views of the mountain ranges, or guests can just sit and relax. There are activities available for everyone, the ideal holiday for the young adventure seekers, or for family groups and the young at heart. Go horse riding in enclosed yards or among the
mountain ranges on sure footed horses suitable for beginners and children. Experience nature, spot the koalas and other wildlife, check out the animal nursery and the farm activities.

Camp SiteTheir beautiful Tranquillity campground awaits you. It is suitable for tents, camper trailers, caravans and motor homes. Camping inclusions: use of hot showers (Village Bunkhouse), toilet facilities (Tranquillity and Village Bunkhouse), resort facilities and all free of charge activities. Self-Contained Country CottagesEnjoy relaxed country living in self-contained country cottages, in two or three bedroom with air-conditioning and a cosy wood fire for the crisp Winter evenings. Linen and towels are provided. A veranda to sit back and take in the view of some of the most spectacular country side to be seen. - Split Firewood is supplied for pot-bellied stove during winter. - Wood, for outside fires and barbeque, is freely available around the property. - Firelighters and matches are supplied. - Extra blankets available from reception. - All toilet facilities run on septic tanks. - Water is from an under ground spring. - Filtered drinking water is supplied for your convenience. Tap water is okay for cooking and hot drinks. - Television reception is non existent. DVD's and videos are available at Reception. Village BunkhouseVillage Bunkhouse accommodation available for school groups, sporting groups or social groups. Bunkhouse accommodation, four blocks of dormitory style units with two sets of bunks and electric heater per room, each block has showers and toilets. Eighty people can be accommodated in the bunkhouse. Bring your own linen (pillow and sleeping bag). Linen can be provided at an additional cost. The recreation room provides Bunkhouse guests with a lounging area (television, DVD and video recorder) and toilet facilities and wood fire. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. No cooking facilities and no cooking permitted. | |
