Old Caves Winery has a simple philosophy about wine, ' A good wine is one that you can drink and enjoy'.
Situated on New England Highway, just north of Stanthorpe, Old Caves specialise in producing 'everyday' wines, non-vintage styles that are inexpensive enough for people to enjoy on a regular basis.
Old Caves wines range from sweet to dry white and red table wines and fortified wines. The winery has something for the whole family; warm hospitality all year round, wine tastings and sales, children's area, picnic area barbecues and log fire for their cold winter days.
Old Caves is a family business run by David, his wife Shirley and their three sons, Tony, Jeremey and Nathan. They also have hired help for the busy season.
