Caloundra Coastal Pathway
This pathway stretches 25 kilometres along some of the most scenic shorelines on the Sunshine Coast, at Caloundra. The pathway is a continuous coastal link from Golden Beach in the south to Point Cartwright in the north.
Along the Caloundra Coastal Pathway, visit some historic sights such as Military Jetty that was used in World War 11 and the new Kings Beach ocean front public pool. The newest section is a two kilometre boardwalk linking Dicky Beach and Currimundi, featuring environmental interpretive signage and has been designed to best fit with the environment.
Another popular section is from Happy Valley to Kings Beach along the timber boardwalk that hugs the coastal dunes and sandy shores, or you can stroll alongside the beautiful Pumicestone Passage past sandy beaches at Golden Beach.
Along the route, there are many foreshore parks and reserves with playgrounds, BBQs, picnic tables, public toilets and showers. The Caloundra Coastal Pathway is a shared pathway for use by cyclists, those in wheelchairs and pedestians and has been funded by Caloundra Council.
