Beach House

Traditional Queensland beach house, named 'Tom's Place', overlooks the beach at beautiful Geoffrey Bay and features a poolside entertainment area with ocean views. The beach house also has a covered rear patio with barbecue and pizza oven. Two bedrooms have queen beds, television and DVD player, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and stove. Two bathrooms one with a bath and linen is included.

Double Budget

The Double Budget Room is known as 'Joyce Bay' and is on the upper level. This room features a queen sized bed, airconditioning, ceiling fans, robes and shares a bathroom with three other rooms on the same level.

Double Economy Room

The Double Economy Room otherwise known as 'Florence Bay' is a double room on the upper level of the Arcadia Beach Guest House Complex. The room features king sized bed, television, airconditioning, ceiling fans, robes and has a shared bathroom with three other rooms on the same level.

Double Standard Rooms

There are two Double Standard Rooms and they are called 'Cockle Bay' and 'Rocky Bay' open onto covered entertainment deck with barbecue and pizza ovens. There is a connecting door to the triple room, if required for friends. The rooms also feature a television, DVD player, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Quad Dormitory

The 'Horseshoe Bay' room is on the upper level of the Arcadia Beach Guest House Complex and contains four single beds, airconditioning, ceiling fans and a shared bathroom with three other rooms on this level.

Safari Tents

These tents are nestled in the rear tropical garden. The Safari Tents have a shingled room and timber floor, queen sized bed, electric light, fan, insect screens and a shared bathroom.

Studio Apartment

The Studio Apartment otherwise known as 'Lovers Bay' is on the upper level featuring a large private balcony, overlooking the ocean at beautiful Geoffrey Bay. Colourful decor with sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with beach views. The room features: king sized bed, walk-in-robe, large ensuite with separate bath, kitchenette, dining with microwave, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, Hi Fi, air-conditioning, television and ceiling fans.

Studio Suite

The Studio Suite is otherwise known as 'Alma Bay' is on the ground floor suite, with French doors opening to a deck area, which overlooks the beach. The room features a lounge with fold-down divan (sleeps two), king size bed, ensuite with bath, kitchenette and dining with microwave, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, television, airconditioning and ceiling fans.

Twin / Triple Share Standard

This room is known as the 'Radical Bay' room and it opens onto a covered entertainment deck with barbecue and pizza oven. The room also features king single beds, ensuite, walk in robe, television, DVD player, airconditioning, bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Twin Budget

The 'Nelly Bay' Room is an upper level room featuring two single beds, airconditioning, ceiling fans and a shared bathroom with three other rooms.
