Lucinda Point Hotel Motel
Lucinda Point Hotel is a wonderful relaxed and friendly country hotel with variety of comfortable accommodation ranging from executive motel rooms, holiday flats and great budget bunkrooms for the casual at heart. It is a great place to stay, is close to many wonderful natural attractions and the fishing is great.
For a weekend or longer stay, for one night only, before or after walking Hinchinbrook Island or a business night stop-over they look after you. Visitors often call them a little oasis as the food is delicious, the beer and wine is cold, the staff are friendly and spontaneous and couldn't be more helpful.
They are open for meals seven days with an A-la-carte Lunch available on Monday to Friday. Dinner is available Monday to Friday, with steak and seafood specialties on Friday night and Saturday Night is their very popular buffet. Sunday lunch and dinner is a casual barbecue and buffet.
Motel units have air-conditioning, television and DVD. The three holiday flats have full facilities including Austar and laundry. All are very comfortable. Seniors receive complimentary continental breakfast, and breakfast is available every day by arrangement. Lucinda Point Hotel is quaint from the outside and interesting and surprising on the inside. Every night is different as it is a little hidden treasure.

Bunk RoomGreat for a casual stay at a reasonable price. Sleeps up to three guests, fully screened, air-conditioned, television and bar fridge in each room. All rooms face on to a socialising deck and have tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, two- burner hotplate, sink, toaster and kettle. A gas barbecue is also on the deck for use by all guests staying at the hotel. Ideal for those who want a comfortable bed for the night at a very affordable price. Ideal for backpackers, groups and workmen. CottageThe Cottage is a delightful upstairs flat in quaint Queenslander style, with a balcony to sit out on and have a chat or have a meal in the beautiful weather. The cottage has a full kitchen and dining area, double bedroom, bunk-bed in the sunroom/verandah area, with double mattress on the bottom bunk and single at the top. Kids love this type of bed. There are bathroom and laundry facilities, carport and plenty of secure car and boat parking. Fully air-conditioned, insect-screened, flat screen television, DVD player and Austar. This is very comfortable accommodation and is popular with their guests. The big tropical swimming pool with a waterfall and the hotel facilities are available for use by all guests. Most of the attractions of Lucinda, including the old sugar jetty for fishing, are within walking distance. Executive Motel SuiteThe Executive Motel Suite is delightfully refurbished with silky oak furniture and a tropical theme. There are tiled floors, local prints and photos on a feature wall. Egyptian cotton bath towels and personal amenities are provided. The suite has a queen size bed, lounge area, large television, DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities. Gossner Downstairs FlatA very practical little flat on the ground floor with tiles throughout. There is a shower and toilet and hand basin all separate for easy sharing. Fishermen favour this flat as they don't mind bunking in together. The bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom and single top bed. There is also a single bed in this room. There is another single bed in the next room and the bathroom facilities are located off this room. The main room has a lounge, kitchen and dining area with television, DVD player and Austar. All fully air-conditioned, with insect screens and a screened door. More basic but very practical and comfortable. Car port and plenty of secure boat parking. Small pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Hotel facilities are only metres away. Pool FlatThey call this the pool flat as it is right next to the pool. It is a fully self-contained flat with a full kitchen and laundry. It has a queen sized bedroom and two single beds. The dining area is in the kitchen and the lounge has a television, DVD player and Austar. This is very comfortable accommodation with a small balcony to sit out on. Guests usually settle in and enjoy this accommodation as it is homely and comfortable. It also has wireless internet available. Standard Motel SuiteThe standard motel room is tropically influenced in its' furnishings, with a double bed and two singles. It has a small kitchenette, table and chairs, television, DVD player, clock radio, ensuite, and table and chairs outside the front door for sitting outdoors. Perfect for a family or three friends to share. There are laundry facilities available, carport and plenty of secure car and boat parking. This is very comfortable accommodation. The big tropical swimming pool with a waterfall and all hotel facilities are available for use by guests.
