Join one of the resident tour guides to help you discover the magic of Carnarvon Gorge. Spend your days wandering past towering cliffs and into secluded side-gorges. Tours are conducted daily to the Moss Garden, Amphitheatre, Wards Canyon, Art Gallery and the Baloon Cave. Along the way you will learn about Aboriginal bush tucker and the significance of the traditional rock paintings.

After a busy day exploring enjoy a succulent spit roast dinner, then sit back under the stars and watch a movie in the outdoor cinema. Something for everyone in this unique park in Carnarvon Gorge.

Camping Sites

Nestled amongst the Macrozamia trees you will be delighted with the shady sites available. A range of sizes are available for all types of camping options.

Canvas Cabin

Permanent canvas cabins with a verandah out front, comfortable sleeping for five (one double, three single), a fridge and a fan. Spread out along Carnarvon Creek, the Canvas Cabins are the perfect, economical alternative to camping - just the right combination of comfort and bush atmosphere. You'll need to bring linen (sheets, towels, pillowcases), what cooking and eating utensils you require (crockery, cutlery, utensils, saucepans) and, of course, your food. Linen can be provided for a fee of AUD15.00 per person.

Powered Sites

Pull up and plug in! These spacious sites are nestled in amongst the bush surroundings including shaded, sunny and drive-thru sites. They are all close to the amenities as well. Sites to suit tents, campervans, camper trailers, caravans, motor homes and buses.
