Cruise Indigo is a privately owned and operated company based on Hamilton Island in the heart of the Whitsundays. They proudly own and operate two vessels; the Denison Star, their 107 foot motor cruise that conducts an evening cruise and dine experience; and the Banjo Paterson, their 60 foot sailing vessel that sets out each day for a sail to Whitehaven Bay. Here, guests are able to experience snorkelling on the fringing reef of Chalkies beach then a relaxing time at Whitehaven beach. Both tours operate exclusive to guests staying on Hamilton Island.

Banjo Paterson - Sail and SnorkelThe Banjo Paterson is a 60 foot sailing vessel that operates exclusively to guests of Hamilton Island. This trip departs Hamilton Island Marina and sails to Whitehaven Bay, where snorkeling is conducted at Chalkies beach. A delicious buffet lunch is served on board including prawns, cold cuts, fresh gourmet salads and tropical fruit platter. The tour then takes you to the majestic Whitehaven beach. This beach is unique as the sand is almost pure silica stretching for almost seven kilometres! After a game of cricket or a laze on the beach they set sail and head back to Hamilton Island. Banjo Patterson Sail and SunsetThis 90 minute sail within the sheltered waters surrounding Hamilton Island provides the ideal taste of sailing and enjoying a Whitsunday sunset. Includes complimentary beer and wine and light nibbles. Denison Star - Cruise and DineThe Denison Star is a 107 foot motor cruiser steeped in history. She is the largest boat in Australia to be made from Huon Pine taken from the Denison river in Tasmania. Originally built in Tasmania, the Denison Star has been delighting patrons from all over the world at Hamilton Island since 2002. Departing Hamilton Island, the Denison Star will cruise the calm waters surrounding Hamilton Island in time to view the magnificent sunsets over the islands. You are then seated in the beautifully appointed dining room where a delicious four course a la carte meal is served. Finish off the evening with a plattered dessert taken either in the dining room or the upper deck under the Whitsunday stars. | |
