Sinclair's Gully offers visitors the opportunity to experience this pristine and endangered candlebark forest first hand. Guided wildflower walks are held every Sunday afternoon at 2.30pm during October and can be booked at other times by small groups.
Friday night Twilight Tastings during summer are a must, when you have the opportunity to watch the black cockatoos fly back to their nesting hollows at dusk, while enjoying some fine wine and company.
We offer a unique and intimate experience for wine lovers, bush walkers and bird watchers.
