Johnston Wines
It was the encouragement of our winemakers, Geoff Johnston and David O’Leary that led to the initial Johnston planting of 22 hectares at Oakbank in 1993 and a further 26 hectares in 1998. Johnston currently produces a number of high quality wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot Noir, with Merlot released in 2005.
As well as our wines, South Australian families have enjoyed traditional Johnston cordials for over 100 years. Today, the Johnston family uphold their enduring high standards by using only quality ingredients to make their full flavoured cordials. To further enhance their quality and freshness Johnston traditional cordials are made using Johnston Adelaide Hills spring water. The dark green and gold labels reflect the traditional values and consistent quality of Johnston cordials. There are 14 full flavoured cordials in the Johnston range of 700 millilitre and two litre bottles.
