Minko Wines and Providore
Minko is a small family owned vineyard, which strives for the highest quality by seeking the best, advise from consultants in both the vineyards and wine making process, with the aim of producing well balanced, cool climate table wines.
Minko practices sustainable eco-agriculture and is an active member of Compass Creek Care. The Nangkita and Tookayerta Creeks flow through Minko; their wetlands and associated native vegetation are valued features of the property.
You can taste Minko's range of cool climate wines along with regional produce from the Fleurieu Peninsula at the Cellar Door situated in the main street of Willunga.
