It's stylishly decorated with memorabilia of South Australia's wine heritage in honour of its namesake - Whiskers Blake.

Shiki is the Hyatt's award-winning Japanese restaurant. Shiki presents outstanding tempura, sushi and teppanyaki in a traditional setting of authentic Japanese decor.
