Harry's Restaurant sits within the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort and offers a tempting array of Barossa produce designed to tempt even the most discerning connoisseur.

With seasonally-designed menus reflecting the region's fine culinary heritage and culture, you can sample gourmet delights while taking in the scenic views across the rolling hills of the Barossa Valley.

The award-winning executive chef, James Dooley, joined the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort with more than 20 years working in international hotels and resorts, the likes of Hayman Island, Sheraton and Marriott Hotels/Resorts.

James and his team draw inspiration for their menus from the vast selection of fresh produce available seasonally through out the valley, and surrounding regions. Working closely with producers such as Westridge, Wechtner Ducks, Wiech’s Egg Noodles, Torzi Matthews and Lyndoch Valley meats which feature in one of Harrys signature dishes.

Harry’s Restaurant has been relaunched with new furnishings including an extensive wine rack that carries over 1000 bottles of the region’s best wines, boasting panoramic views overlooking the beautiful Barossa Valley ranges and Jacobs Creek Vineyards creating natural ambience.

During our spring months you can enjoy watching the winter vines turn green and come to life while sampling a Braised Westridge rabbit on potato gnocchi with sautéed local chorizo, tomato olives and rosemary and finish with a warm soft centred chocolate pudding with apple, rhubarb and raspberry compote, vanilla bean yoghurt. Complement this with a bottle of the Barossa’s best and who wouldn’t be happy?

South Australia's Novotel Barossa Valley Resort has been crowned Best Novotel Dinner Restaurant two years running (2005 and 2006) for Australasia and New Zealand - a feat never before achieved by any Novotel.
