As grape growers and winemakers in the Barossa for over 50 years St Hallett is committed to making wines of flavour, softness and drink ability that speak of their origin and belief that wine is an integral part of the celebration of life.
From grapes grown in the soils of Barossa, we make a variety of wine styles using both the traditional methods of vinification, in open top fermenters to the state of the art stainless steel vinimatics and air-bag presses.
The use of high quality American and French oak is an integral part of our winemaking.

As makers of Shiraz we draw fruit from a number of the finest aged vineyards in the Barossa, many planted around the turn of he century.
Low yielding they produce grapes of the highest quality that go into making our Faith Shiraz, Blackwell Shiraz and benchmark Old Block Shiraz. St Hallett wines are a reflection of the Barossa's ability to consistently produce wines of great flavour and personality.
Picnic grounds consist of large lawn area nestled amongst the St Hallett vineyards, shaded by lovely old gum trees. Petanque and boccle available for use during summer and Stewy our Eclectus parrot is sure to entertain you.
Group bookings are available by appointment for up to 12 guests.
