Vinecrest Fine Barossa Wine
VineCrest Fine Barossa Wine, situated just a few minutes drive from the historic township of Tanunda, is a small family owned winery established by Ian and Suzanne Mader. Ian is a fifth generation descendant of Barossa pioneers. Having won over 100 awards/commendations/medals in the past five years VineCrest specialises in premium quality Barossa Shiraz, Sparkling Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Semillon and Late Harvest (desert wine) as well as a distinctive Sweet Red and Ruby and White Ports. Wines are produced from the family's own vineyards located in the Barossa and established in the late 1960's.
The traditional Germanic cottage style cellar door is nestled among majestic gum trees and vineyards. Authentic bag rubbed walls, pressed metal ceilings and a magnificent cedar bar are just a few of the impressive features of the winery. Visitors can picnic beneath the tall old gums, relax in the comfort of the Wine Bunker Room overlooking the vineyards and enjoy the intimate cosy atmosphere of the Cellar Door while tasting the exclusive range of premium and award wining wines. A selection of regional Barossa produce is also available to sample and purchase from the cellar door. We at VineCrest look forward to meeting and welcoming you to our cellar door.
Function facilities are available cartering for small groups for lunch and private tastings by prior arrangement.
