Chief Winemaker, Kevin Mitchell, uses traditional winemaking methods paying particular attention to grape selection to ensure a distinctive regional character is maintained. This dedication has resulted in premium quality signature brands such as the 'Mort's Block' Riesling and the 'Oracle' Shiraz.
