McLaren Vale Olive Grove
Nestled among the vines, high above the township of McLaren Vale, a short 40-minute drive from Adelaide lays The Olive Grove.
For more than 100 years, olives have been grown on the property in this idyllic setting.
The Mediterranean climate offered by this region is the perfect location to grow the finest fruit. Requiring no chemicals, our olives are processed using time honored traditional methods, processing elegant oils and plump juicy table olives.
Visitors are offered tastings of our extra virgin olive oil, delicious kalamata olives, pestos, local gourmet produce and olive oil based body care products.
The Olive Grove is also the ideal location for your next function. We can cater for meetings, conferences, seminars, product launches, birthday celebrations, engagement parties and weddings. The Function Facility can seat up to 130 people.
Nestled amongst the property's olives and vines, we have the ability to cater for smaller groups for casual platter lunches for up to 50 people.
Along with the olives and oils, the Lloyd family has also been associated with one of the most unique and interesting animals to be farmed in this country – the alpaca!
Starting with only a handful, the alpacas are farmed alongside vineyards, located within the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale, where they have risen to control one of the largest and most successful studs in the world, 'EP Cambridge'.
The Lloyd brother's range of wines are all offered for tasting, where you are able to try our latest stable of fine wines, whilst saying hello to our resident alpacas.
