Sylvan Springs is a boutique winery nestled in the heart of the McLaren Vale region. Owned and operated by fourth generation vigneron, David Pridmore is expanding on his family tradition in the local wine industry which dates back to 1892, when the family first established a vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale. The Sylvan Springs label is the result of a formidable and enviable combination of premium quality fruit, (with 45 hectares of premium fruit to choose from, only the very best is retained for the Sylvan Springs label), and the exceptional winemaking talents of Brian Light, whose extensive knowledge, experience and success are well known in the industry. These factors combined with the latest in winemaking techniques are all an integral part of the foundation on which Sylvan Springs is built.
