Andamooka Opalfields and Roxby Downs Day Tour All inclusive outback experience. Visit Lake Mary, which at June 2007 was full of water for the first time in nearly 20 years and a red sand beach. From Port Augusta we travel to Andamooka via Woomera. Highlights include opal mine tour, looking for opals (noodling), historic sites, Lake Torrens, wildflowers in season and hidden surprises. Enjoy lunch at Steve's Outback Tuckerbox in Andamooka. Operates: Daily, 7am to 6pm. Flinders Ranges Day Tour Take the opportunity while stopping in Port Augusta to visit this iconic region. From Port Augusta travel to Quorn via Pichi Richi and Warren Gorge to the Kanyaka Homestead ruins. Continue through spectacular scenery with great photographic opportunities, wildlife and rich in history. Visit Wilpena Pound, Hawker and stop for lunch at the Blinman Hotel. Operates: Daily, 8am to 6pm. Flinders Ranges Half Day Tour Take the opportunity while stopping in Port Augusta to visit this iconic region.
