Parndana Wildlife Park

The Parndana Wildlife Park offers visitors an opportunity to get very close to some rare and unusual native animals. We promote Kangaroo Island wildlife at your fingertips. Kangaroo feeding is permitted.

The park features Kangaroo Island's largest collection of rare and protected birds, including Black Cockatoos, parrots, hawks, eagles, owls, kookaburras and curlews. finches, doves and quail are housed in a large walk-through aviary with a raised viewing platform.

Adjoining the aviaries are Kangaroo Island kangaroos, Tammar wallabies, feral pig, koalas, echidnas, swamp wallabies, bettongs, potoroos, emus, fallow deer, Cape Barren geese, Red kangaroos, pademelons, wombats, crocodile and domestic animals.

Spend unlimited time leisurely wandering on a self guided tour through the comprehensive collection of birds and animals.
