The open space lounge adjoins the kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioning for all season comfort and indoor relaxation with a colour television, video and compact disc player. A secure undercover outdoor area with an electric roller door and hooded gas barbecue doubles as an undercover drying if required. Local calls access is available. Being located within 30 minutes drive of Nelson, Princess Margaret Rose Cave, Port MacDonnell and Piccininnie Ponds, 60 minutes from Portland and 40 minutes from the Coonawarra winery area, many holiday activities are available.
