The first of its kind in the Coonawarra, it is an exciting opportunity to delve into the mystery of being a winemaker. Discover the secrets behind the Wynns famous Black Label Cabernet before entering the Winemaker's Laboratory, armed with your measuring cylinders, specialist equipment, and of course, resident expert. Then be guided and entertained for an hour as you mix, taste and craft your own blended Wynns' red stripe label from Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot. At the end of your experience, take home more than just fond memories, as you receive a personalised bottle of your own newly fashioned wine to enjoy over the coming days.
