The C1905 Federation style four bedroom timber house has attractive original features, one bathroom, all the comforts of home, a good looking and thoughtful new fit out and superb 270 degree country and mountain views.
It is available for self catering accommodation either as a whole for a party of up to 10 persons, or room only on a share facilities basis at budget prices.
Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, one has two single beds and the other has twoxtwo bunks.
The lounge has an open fire and the dining room is sunny in the morning and has a wood heater. There is a spacious outdoor entertaining area.
Hamilton is sunny, sheltered, central and historic. It makes an excellent stop over to or from the West Coast, but is better still as a base for a proper look at the best part of Tasmania.
