Deloraine Highview Lodge YHA offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of Deloraine, northern Tasmania.
Choose from dormitory style accommodation or double, twin and family rooms. Larger rooms can accommodate up to four guests. There is a communal kitchen, bathroom and spacious living area. For convenience, there are also laundry facilities onsite. The lodge has a spacious outdoor deck overlooking views of the Great Western Tiers mountain range and Quamby Bluff.
Deloraine is surrounded by rolling country hills and farmland. Soak up the view from the Lodge’s deck and explore the quaint township. Deloraine Highview Lodge YHA is an excellent base to discover the northwest region. Take a day trip to Cradle Mountain and take a gentle walk around the wilderness of Dove Lake. An energetic climb will take you to the summit of Cradle Mountain and you may enjoy other walks past alpine lakes and tarns. Marvel at the waterfalls at nearby Liffey Falls or venture inside the Mole Creek limestone caves. Visit the historic town of Westbury where you can become lost in the Westbury Maze and find a large collection of steam engines at Pearn’s Steam World.
Deloraine is approximately 40-minutes’ drive (53 kilometres/33 miles) west from Launceston.
