Discovery Holiday Park, Cradle Mountain offers a range of cabin, backpacker and camping accommodation. The property is one kilometre from Cradle Mountain National Park.
The self-contained Discovery Holiday Park accommodate up to six guests and have a kitchen, private bathroom, television and heating. The two-bedroom cottages sleep up to five guests and have a sitting area with gas heater, a larger kitchen and separate bathroom. Some cottages have spa baths. The Cradle Mountain Backpackers has three bunkhouses, each with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The bunkhouses have separate bedrooms, each accommodating up to four guests. Some bunkhouse rooms have a double bed and bunks.
There is also a camping area with powered and unpowered sites in sheltered bush settings. There are two large camp kitchens, outdoor barbecues and lounge and dining areas with log fires. There is a laundry and the shared bathroom has access for guests with a disability.
The Alpine Mini Huts are basic, unpowered shelters within the Cradle Mountain National Park. These are for use by bushwalkers and can be booked through Cosy Cabins Cradle Mountain.
The Park also has an on-site shop which stocks basic groceries and alcohol and there is a pay phone and internet access.

DormitoryOnly 2 km from the Cradle Mountain park entrance is the Cradle MountainTourist Park. Part of the complex contains Cradle Mountain Backpackers YHA. There are 2 bunkhouses and two large common rooms with a fully self-contained kitchen, lounge and an extremely welcoming wood fire. All rooms are heated and there is a new amenities block in between the 2 bunkhouses. Transport can be arranged. Excellent bushwalks on site. | |
