Sherwood View Accommodation
Sherwood View Accommodation is a bed and breakfast at Latrobe, northern Tasmania. Latrobe is a 10 minute drive from Devonport (9 kilometres) and an hour and fifteen minutes from Launceston (101 kilometres).
Sherwood View offers four ensuite units. There is a two-bedroom family unit with one double and two single beds and a studio unit with one double bed - suitable for guests with a disability. There is also a one-bedroom spa unit, suitable for couples, and a double standard room with a corner spa. The family, studio and spa units each have limited cooking facilities, and a television and DVD player. The standard unit has tea and coffee making facilities. Original work by Tasmanian artists hangs in each unit and a breakfast basket and complimentary chocolates are provided to all guests.
The property is surrounded by 40 acres of pasture and overlooks the township of Latrobe and the Mersey River. Local attractions include the Anvers chocolate factory, public murals in the nearby town of Sheffield, and the Narawntapu National Park. Sample fresh Tasmanian produce - exquisite cheeses, honey and berries are all produced in this region
