Eastcoaster Resort
The Eastcoaster Resort offers holiday accommodation at Orford on Tasmania’s east coast. Orford is an hour’s drive north east of Hobart (81 kilometres/50 miles).
You can stay in the Resort’s self-contained, two and three bedroom waterfront cabins. Set among gardens, these private cabins – some with spas – have direct beach access and sleep up to six guests. There are also single, double or twin share motel rooms to choose from, each with en suite, television and in-house movies. Or you can bring your campervan and stay in the Resort’s caravan park. Choose from powered and unpowered sites suitable for caravans, motor homes and tents. All sites have beach access, there is a modern amenities block and you can enjoy resort facilities including a bistro, tennis court, children’s playground, private jetty, swimming pool, spa and sauna.
The Eastcoaster Resort is located on the edge of Spring Bay with views across the sea to Maria Island. Take a ferry or charter boat to the Island to explore Maria Island national park. Here you can see abundant wildlife, convict ruins, go bushwalking or bike riding or take to the sea in your kayak to explore the island’s coastline.
