The recently renovated house accommodates up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms. It is appointed with a queen-size room, two twin rooms and a fourth with single bunk beds. Trundle beds are available upon request. Enjoy a new, well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of two modern bathrooms. The northerly facing aspect enjoys all day sun and there is a cosy wood heater for the cooler months. A paved beachside patio and covered courtyard are both ideal for al fresco dining.
To the north, Freycinet National Park offers beautiful scenery and spectacular walks. To the south, visit Port Arthur and its convict ruins or head east to beautiful Maria Island. Take the ferry and enjoy a day exploring what it has to offer. Restaurants, shops and services are located only 10 minutes walk away. The area is excellent for bike riding, fishing, easy walking and swimming at Spring Beach. A mooring is available for use by owners of small craft and is situated a stone's throw from the front door. The holiday township of Orford is about one hours’ drive (80 kilometres/50 miles) north of Hobart.
