Wineglass to Wine Glass is based in sunny Coles Bay on Tasmania's beautiful east coast. Take in the spectacular views from the Hazards Mountains, walk the white-sanded shores of Wineglass Bay and indulge in Tasmania's finest food and wine while looking across the turquoise waters of the Freycinet Peninsula.
On this intimate, engaging full-day signature experience you'll discover the landscapes, wildlife, history and local produce of the magnificent Freycinet Peninsula and Tasmania's east coast region.
After a briefing from your personal guide you depart Freycinet Lodge for a panoramic and invigorating walk up to the Wineglass Bay lookout, where the views take in the Freycinet Peninsula and beyond to the vast expanse of the Tasman Sea. You'll descend to Wineglass Bay where your guide will highlight the national park's flora and fauna and immerse you in the aboriginal heritage and European history of the area.
From Wineglass Bay, you'll take the track across the isthmus to Hazards Beach to your secluded haven. Here a banquet awaits. You will be served local produce and cool-climate wines, including the freshest seafood from east coast waters, a selection of Tasmanian beef and quail, accompanied by salads and specialty Tasmanian cheeses.

Wineglass to Wine Glass TourYour personally guided Wineglass to Wine Glass experience takes you into the breathtakingly beautiful environment of Freycinet National Park, where you will discover the history of Tasmania's second oldest and perhaps best loved national park. From the 40,000 year old Tasmanian Aboriginal campsites dotting to the coastline, home to the people whose lifestyles created the environment of Freycinet, to the whaling industry that thrived in the bays and inlets of the Freycinet Peninsula a little more then a hundred years ago, the Wineglass to Wine Glass walk is an experience that has to be part of any visit to Tasmania's east coast. After taking in the panoramic views overlooking the world renowned Wineglass Bay and exploring deserted beaches on foot, enjoy a sumptuous lunch featuring the finest seafood and wine, observe native bird-life, explore the secluded and private shores of Great Oyster Bay or simply relax and take in the vistas over Hazards Beach, before then returning to Freycinet Lodge aboard the cruiser, Baudin. Wineglass to Wine Glass is a full-day experience, commencing at 0800 and returning to Freycinet Lodge by 1630.
