The factory tour lets you see how the Tasmanian Honey Company carefully extracts the honey from the hives to preserve the full aroma and flavour of their Leatherwood honey. Tasmanian Honey Company products are packaged in beautiful metal cans, glass and break-proof jars. Honey products including gifts sets are available from their Tasmanian produce showroom.
While you are in the northern region, be sure to head along the Tamar Valley Wine Route and sample some of Tasmania’s finest cool climate wines. Take the short drive into Launceston and enjoy street-side cafes, boutique shops and river-side dining.
