Jinglers Creek Vineyard
Jinglers Creek Vineyard is on the Tamar Valley Wine Route near Launceston Airport, northern Tasmania.
Since 1998, Jinglers Creek Vineyard has been producing wines that are entirely estate grown on a small family-owned property at Relbia. Two hectares of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc are carefully tended throughout their many weeks of growth and development. Jinglers Creek Vineyard utilises the Scott Hendry trellising system to maximise sunlight penetration and airflow through the grapevine canopy.
The vineyard overlooks the picturesque North Esk Valley and distant slopes of Mount Barrow, Mount Arthur and Ben Lomond. You can visit the cellar door which is open Thursday to Sunday. Spend an afternoon in the area and also visit the neighbouring cellar doors including Josef Chromy Wines, Bundaleera Vineyard and Sharmans. Other attractions in the area include the Hobby Farm of Dr. Harry Cooper, The Tasmanian Honey Company, The Tasmania Gourmet Sauce Company, Clarendon Homestead and Evandale’s popular Sunday market.
Jinglers Creek Vineyard is a 15 minute drive (13 kilometres/8 miles) from Launceston.
