Oatlands Flour Mill

Oatlands Flour Mill is Australia's third oldest Windmill (1837) and was built by John Vincent. Standing 50ft tall it has walls 2ft thick. A much loved rustic landmark, it is a towering symbol of Colonial enterprise and is the only remaining tower of its kind in Tasmania. Within the complex is the original Millers Cottage and Granary. The cottage houses a unique Doll Exhibition comprising of approximately 2,000 dolls collected from all over the world and many made by Tasmanian Doll artists.
