Richmond Cabin & Tourist Park offers various accommodation facilities at Richmond, in Tasmania’s south.
The Park is only a short walk from the main village street with superb craft shops, galleries, antique shops, maze, restaurants and tearooms. Admire the lovely old churches and historic sandstone bridge, picnic beside the peaceful Coal River and feed the ducks.
Bonorong Wildlife Park and ZooDoo Fun Park are located nearby.
The park has cabins, campsites, powered and unpoweres sites, and ensuite sites. Park facilities include camp kitchen, barbeque, half size tennis court, kiosk, games room, playground and swimming pool. The swimming pool is solar heated and is open for use when the temperature is 25 degrees or warmer.
There are cabins with and without private facilities. All cabins have tea and coffee making facilities, television, cooking facilities, heating, and electric blankets, double bed and bunk beds. Cabins with their own private facilities have two bedrooms.
The Park is ideally located to explore Hobart, the Tasman Peninsula in Tasmania’s south east, and the Huon and Derwent Valleys.
Richmond Cabin & Tourist Park is approximately 25 minutes’ drive (28 kilometres/18 miles) north of Hobart.
